RESEARCH ON THE METABOLIC LAW OF CNT IN QUINEA PIGS

Using trace kinetics and radioimmunoassay and other techniques,distribution features and metabolic law and the adjustment of genetic expression of 3H cAMP, 3H cGMP have been studied in quinea pigs as test animal also researched as well The results of trace kinetics indicate that metabolism of exogenous cAMP、cGMP and GLUC can be discribed with two compartment models of first—oder rate process,and their optimum equations are respectively as follows: C[DD(-3]^ t(cAMP)=1229 5131e -0 0351t +52 5227e -0 0350t -1282 0368e -3 0878t C[DD(-3]^ t(cGMP)=1276 4643e -0 0364t +18 9551e -0 0363t -1295 4194e -3 2044t Absorption rate constants(k a)of them are separately 3 0878h -1 and 3 2064h -1 ,distribution rate constants(α)—separately 0 0351h -1 and 0 0364h -1 ,elimination rate constants (β)—separately 0 0350h -1 and 0 0363h -1 ;The three peak concentrations(C max )of them are 1203 8637dpm·10mg -1 and 1216 5970dpm·10mg -1 at 1 4667h and 1 4129h(Tmax)separately t 1/2kα are 0 2244h and 0 2161h,t 1/2α are 19 7463h and 19 0385h,t 1/2β are 19 8000h and 19 0910h.The absorption of cAMP、cGMP are quick,but their distribution and elimination are slow which are part of slower elimination substances [WT5HZ]
