EFFECT OF MICROTHROMBUS ON HEART AND TREATMENT OF HEPARIN FOR MICROTHROMBUS

A microthrombus and abnormal ECG rat model was reproduced through the intravenous injection of macromolecular dextran. The treatment of heparin for microthrombus in the circulation had been studied. The results showed that ECG of the animals of heparin group improved, their blood viscosity and the number of the microthrombus in the circulation decreased. Compared with the control group, the activity of Na+-K+- ATP ase on the cardiac muscle cellular membrane increased a little, but the difference between two groups was not significant (P0. 05). therefore, it was suggested that heparin eliminate the microthrombus from the circulation of the model and prevent the ECG ab-nomality, but have a little effect on the recovery of the activity of Na+-K+- ATP ase on the cardiac muscle cellular membrane.
