The study on the extraction and purification of total flavones from Moghania philippinensis (Merr. et Rolfe)Li

Objective: To screen the extraction and purification technology of total flavones in Moghania philippinensis (Merr. et Rolfe) Li. Method: The orthogonal designed method L9 (34) with rutin as standards is adopted to determine the reasonable extraction technology, and macroporous adsorption resin is used to optimize the purification conditions of total flavones in Moghania philippinensis(Merr. et Rolfe)Li. Result: The best extract technology is ethanol reflux method with quantity 50 % and 14 times, extracted twice for 3 h each time. The static saturated absorption quantity of D101 macroporous resin for purification total flavones in Moghania philippinensis(Merr. et Rolfe)Li. is 35.40 mg·g-1, and the desorption is 90.63 %; The dynamic saturated absorption quantity is 32.30 mg·g-1, and the desorption is 87.63 %; The degree of purity in total flavones is up to 2.3 times. Conclusion: The method is simple and suitable for the extraction and purification technology of total flavones in Moghania philippinensis (Merr. et Rolfe) Li.
