STUDY OF THE OPTIMUM EXTRACTION CONDITIONS FOR FLAVONOIDS IN THE FLOWERS AND LEAVES OF LONICERA JAPONICA THUMB

The systematic solvent method and the Lg(34) design were adopted to study the conditions of extracting flavonoids from the dried flowers and leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb. The results showed that the highest extraction rate was achieved when 90% ethanol was used to soak the dried flowers and leaves of L. japonica at 70'C for 3 hours.
