The driven process of ecological degeneration is the basis for value account and pricing study of ecological compensation.Clarifying the ecological degradation process, finding its driving sources, measuring its ecological impact and determining the relationship between the driving source and the ecological effects can provide theory and calculation bases for ecological compensation subject-object division and value accounting. The present paper systematically analyzes the ecological influences of highway construction during its construction period and operational period from the three respects of rock soil process, landscape process and operation process of highway construction behavior and from the temporal and spatial angels, establishes a quantitative analysis method and constructs models of ecological degeneration and driving networks for ecological degeneration, thus providing theoretical support for the study on ecological compensation and value account in highway construction projects.
