Effects of Several Modifiers on Quality of Pepper in Interactive of Nitrogen Nutrition and Cadmium Contamination Soil

The effect of different modifiers on the pepper quaility under interaction of nitrogen nutrition and cadmium contamination was studied by a pot and field experiment.The results showed that organic fertilizers could raise the content of the dry matter and chlorophyll in pepper.3 modifiers significantly decreased the content of Vc,soluble sugar,soluble protein,Cd and nitrate.The sequence of the effect on Vc was CKlimeorganic fertilizers dicyandiamide,but the differences of lime,organic fertilizer and contract was not obvious in the pot experiment.The sequence of the effect on the soluble protein was CKdicyandiamidelimeorganic fertilizers,but in the pot experiment,the difference of dicyandiamide and lime was not significant,and in the field experiment,3 modifiers had no obvious differences.The sequence of the effect on the soluble sugar was CKorganic fertilizersdicyandiamidelime,but dicyandiamide and organic fertilizers treatment had no significant differences.Comparing with CK,in the pot and field experiment,organic fertilizer,lime,dicyandiamide could make content of Cd in the pepper decrease 5.37 %,30.99 %,35.95 % and 52.75 %,84.62 %,86.26 %,respectively.Comparing with CK,in the pot and field experiment,dicyandiamide,organic fertilizer,lime could make content of nitrate in the pepper decrease 21.78 %,31.37 %,35.90 % and 12.67 %,25.51 %,34.68 %.
