Genetic Analysis of 23 Flammulina velutipes Strains with SRAP

23 Flammulina velutipes strains were studied with SRAP(Sequence-related Amplified Polymorphism) and a dendrogram was constructed with NTSYSpc2.1 software.7 primer pairs,which could produce distinct and polymorphic bands,were chosen for SRAP analysis.The results showed that its similarity coefficients ranged from 0.143 to 1.000 and thus a farther genetic distance,and 23 accessions were clustered into 3 groups at the similarity coefficient of 0.486,which indicated that SRAP technique could be used as a good tool to study accessions' genetic relationships.
