Analysis of the factors affecting the transpirationrate of the Eucommia ulmoides leaves

By using LI-1600 Steady State Porometer,the transpiration chines of the Eucommia ulmoides leaves were determined through a day and under the condition of the water stress,in order to evaluatethe effect of environmental factors on the transpiration rate of the Eucommia ulmoides leaves.The result indicated that the PFD is principal meteorological factor influencing transpiration. Thesoil water content influenced the leaf water content,and the leat water content influenced the transpiration by stoma diffusing resistance.
