Hu Guang -zhi
The concept of Fictitious Economy, which is an economic form contrast to concrete economy, has been broadly accepted by Chinese economic area. The fictitious economy of China, growing at the 80th of last century, has been becoming developed now. However, from the point of institutional economics, the past model of Chinas fictitious economy system, including its legal system, is basically a model of compulsive guarantee concentrating on nationalism and administrative control, and has already exposed obvious drawback in the process of Chinas market economy. It indicates that China's fictitious economy system should convert to a diverse , open and legislative model in the future, in order to decrease the excessive interference of the government , diminish the function of the government policy to the fictitious economy, create logically a legal system serving to the market economy, and eventually attain to the legal control of the market regulation.
