An Investigation on Kingdergarten Teachers’ Professional Development in Poor Rural Areas

The occupation approval of kindergarteners’ in poor rural areas is good, but there are also some problems about teachrs’stability, specialized degree and teaching and educational abilies.Therefore, we should take effective and desirable ways to promote their development, such as stabilizing teaching staff, increasing investment to improve school conditions, expanding propaganda, changing the evaluation of the concept and varying the ways of post training.
