Evaluation on Chinese Current Policies on Kindergarten Teachers’ Status

Preschool education occupies an irreplaceable status in the system of basic education and lifelong education.The status of kindergarten teachers influences the preschool education quality.In order to find out the teachers’ evaluation of the feasibility and implementation of our existing kindergarten teachers’ status policies,we selected a total of 780 teachers from Beijing,Hunan,and Sichuan.The study found that the policies have a high evaluation on feasibility,but the implementation is not optimistic.
