Discuss on the Action Mechanisms and Practical Uses of Immunoglobulin of yolk

There were many advantages in immunoglobulin of yolk (IgY), such as the broad origination, antigenic specificity, quick effect and so on. As a pollution-free feed additive the IgY was increasingly attracting our attentions. The action mechanism, industrialization research and application, as well as the problems were reviewed. Suggestions were put forward so as to popularize the application of IgY in animal science and food additives industry.
