Model Checking of Petri Nets Based on Linear Temporal Logic

The Petri Nets, as an important mathematics tool, are effectively applied in the description and model-making of concurrent systems. Similarly, Linear Temporal Logic is one of the most significant formal tools, which could exactly picture the properties of concurrent systems, such as the liveness and safety. In this paper, an efficient model-checking policy is detailedly discussed based on the Linear Temporal Logic, by deeply investigating the inner relationships among the Linear Temporal Logic, Büchi Automaton, Petri Nets and Synchronous Product. Compared to the other polices, the model-checking method combines the merits of Linear Temporal Logic with those of Petri Nets so that it, to a large extent, enhance the Petri Nets?abilities to characterize and model the concurrent systems. In the end, by putting a formal model check on a concurrent system detailedly, the respective conclusions are listed.
