Large Scale and Dynamic Vehicle Dispatching—Based on Principle of Decomposition and Coordination

A new method for solving large scale and dynamic vehicle dispatching problem was proposed.First,the whole system was decomposed into several subsystems by adopting fuzzy k-means cluster.Second,regarding the bad convergence while using traditional decomposition and coordination technology to solve the problem,the coordination values were designed elaborately and different adaptive genetic algorithms were proposed for the main system and subsystems respectively.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can not only improve the optimal solution,but also reduce greatly the search space and computation time,and can solve the problem efficiently.
