Design and Development of Molten Iron Scheduling Simulation System

Thanks to the complexity of molten iron logistic process and multi-device in the large-scale iron and steel corporations,the research about the molten iron scheduling problems have important theoretic significance and practical application value.On the basis of analysis of molten iron logistic process and molten iron scheduling problems,simulation strategy of molten iron scheduling was proposed and simulation system was developed based on visual graphic editor platform.The framework of simulation system was explored.Molten iron logistics simulation was researched by discrete event simulation method.Furthermore,disturb events simulation,disturb identifying model and dynamic scheduling method of disturb events was studied.And the software structure and function of the system were discussed.The software system was tested by practical production data of a large-scale iron and steel corporation in China.Simulation results show the efficiency of the simulation system.The simulation system provides a test platform for further researching intelligent optimization algorithms of molten iron scheduling,which will lay the groundwork for application to production process in the future.
