Formal Modeling Method for Control Structure of Distributed Manufacturing System

According to the characteristic of distributed manufacturing system,the research of the control structure was focused by use of formal method and multi-agent theory and then the modified dynamic control cell structure was proposed based on a kind of improvement automata.Firstly,based on multi-agent theory,each node in the distributed manufacturing system was modeled as an Agent.Secondly,for the internal structure of the Agent,considering the Finite State Machine theory and the hybrid characteristics of the manufacturing system,a kind of improvement automata was suggested.Meanwhile,to analyze the dynamic hierarchical division and recombinant of the Agent,the modified dynamic control cell structure was eventually proposed.In the end,taking the tile production line as an example,the simulation experiments were designed by use of MATLAB software.The experiment results and obtained model suggest that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
