Geochemistry of Rare Earth Elements of Several Coal Samples in Southwestern Guizhou

The contents of rare earth elements (REE) of 8 coal samples in southwestern Guizhou province were determined by ICP-MS and their geochemical parameters,occurrence and distribution pattern were discussed in this paper.The results show that the contents of REE in southwestern Guizhou province in average is closed to the Chinese coals;Distribution patterns of the rare earth element in coal are similar and the chondrite-normalized diagram of coal shows a V-shaped curve inclining towards the right,it is believed that substance origin of the rare earth elements is under the control of terrigenous impaction therefore.
