Preparation and Gas Sensitive Properties of Ce~(4+)-doped WO_3 Nanomaterial

Six Ce4+-doped WO3 gas sensitive materials were prepared by microemulsion method in different mass ratios.Their structure and performance were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction and instrument installed by ourself.The results show that the structure of the six gas sensitive materials is monoclinic phase,the crystal system of the materials do not be changed by doping Ce4+;WO3 doped with 2%Ce4+(mass ratio) and sintered at 500℃ has higher sensitivity and selectivity,and short response time and recovery time to acetone.
