Observation on Quality of College Teachers from the Value of the Ph.D.

Because there are many problems,as the low level of their educational experience,the low proportion of Ph.D.s,the lack of rigorous academic training,the poor quality of teaching and research,and so on.,it is quite difficult for us to hope that the university teachers will be able to practice the three main functions of the university education effectively.Tthis article tells us that the Ph.D.model emphasizes strict academic training and promotes original research.In order to enhance the overall level of China's college teachers,we should learn thoroughly from the Ph.D.model very well.
