TENG Mu-ying;ZHAO Yun-ze;
The "cognitive surplus" concept means many individuals collaborating and creating social value by taking advantage of free time to share knowledge online. Virtual community members are full of fluidity, then their flexible networks has a soft edge. Using dynamic social network analysis, we explore knowledge sharing interaction between community members. The study found that knowledge-sharing community network structure is not ideal flat, decentralized form, showing the position of the members of the "core-periphery" features. Based on the knowledge sharing community relational data, this study concludes that "star structure" "cluster structure", "network" three types of virtual interaction forms of the community network. "Star structure-cluster structure-network" is a knowledge-based virtual community network structure general evolution path.
