Significance of test D-dimer in judging the thrombosis of coronary artery in acute coronary syndrome

Objective:To study the clinical significance of D-dimer judging the thrombosis of coronary artery in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients.Methods:The 36 hospitalized patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) regard as UAP group,13 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) as AMI group,23 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) as SAP group.The D-dimer in their venous blood were estimated by ELISA methods.Results:D-dimer cotent was(0.95±0.32) mg/L in UAP group,was(1.82±0.63) mg/L in AMI group,was(0.39±0.15) mg/L in SAP group.The difference was significant among SAP and UAP group(P0.05),AMI group(P0.01).Conclusion:Test the content of D-dimer is a comparative distinctive,sensitive marker in judgement thrombosis of coronary artery.
