Driveline system modeling and starting control strategy of DCT

With unique configuration characteristic of dual clutch and dual input shaft,Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) overcomes the shortcoming of power interruption when shifting in traditional Automatic Manual Transmission(AMT),which is a great progress of AMT.Through analyzing the operation principle of DCT,the starting control strategy is put forward that 1st and 2nd gear are both applied in the process of vehicle starting simultaneously and the apart threshold of clutch is estimated based on the starting conditions.And set up the simulation model for the starting process.The results dedicate that the control strategy is able to accomplish the requirement for smooth starting and rapid starting.
