Objective To study the curative effect of on-pump beating heart CABG in moderate to highrisk patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Review and analyze 32 cases of patients with clinical efficacy of on-pump beating-heart CABG in moderate to high-risk patients with coronary heart disease between January 2013 to August 2017. Results All the patients were completely target vessel revascularization, there was no death. Without the use of intra aortic balloon counterpulsation( IABP), no adverse cardiovascular events. Conclusion The on-pump beating heart CABG could reduce the time of extracorporeal circulation, postoperative ICU stay time and the total cost. The moderate to high-risk patients who can not receive the OPCABG should give priority to the on-pump beating heart CABG.
