Effect of foam content on foamed concrete with phosphorus slag and fly ash

In this study,the preparation of foamed concrete with phosphorus slag powder,cement and fly ash as composite cementitious materials was prepared by chemical foaming method. The experimental study was done to determine the ratio of foam concrete to reference,and the effect of foam volume on the fluidity,dry density,strength,dry shrinkage and water absorption of foam concrete. The results show that the fundamental mix proportion of foamed concrete is 60% cement,24% phosphorus slag powder,16%fly ash,10% mixed with phosphogypsum. Mixing foam can increase concrete slurry fluidity of foamed concrete,reduce concrete dry density,reduce the strength of concrete,and increase shrinkage and water absorption rate.
