Development and Application of Distributed Integrated Intelligent Control System Based on Multi-Agent System

For the complex process in industry,an integrated intelligent control system based on multi-agent system is studied in this paper.The system consists of human system integration unit,virtual simulation unit and control unit.The human system integration unit provides an efficient mechanism to combine the human expert intelligence and intelligence of machine.Virtual simulation environment provides the simulation information for decision-making process and fault diagnosis.Control unit realizes the monitor,fault diagnosis and control function.The organization and evolution of agents in the system are proposed.The prototype system is developed on the JADE platform which is compliant with the FIPA specifications.The implement of system is described.The real-world application shows that the proposed control structure successfully solves the process control problem of the complex plant such as the collection pressure of coke ovens.
