RESEARCH AND REALIZATION OF INTELLIGENT CONTROL FOR GAS COLLECTOR

YANGChunhuaSHENDeyao (College of Information Engineering, Central South University of TechnologyChangsha 410083)  
Based on the collector pressure system of coke oven which is strongly coupled and disturbed, nonlinear multivariable system, a hybrid intelligent control approach which incorporates PID control with feedforward control and expert control is presented in this paper. It integrates simplicity, reliability, flexibility and rapidity in restraining disturbance by making full use of each method's advantages. The design of hybrid intelligent control ,realization scheme and practical results in industry are described. Practical results show the effectiveness.
