Researches on the comprehensive utilization of residues of extracting garlic oil(Ⅱ)──The content and method of the comprehensive utilization of garlic residues

The determined results of garlic residues have showed that garlic residues are almost similar to garlic in component and have identical applied value with the latter.By a series of processing,for example,separating,etc.garlic residues can be used in medicines,healthprotecting goods,drink,candied fruit,fodder and fertilizer.The comprehensive utilization of garlic residues will has high economic results and social results.
