Investigation on the actuality of the high school's teacher staff development in Henan

By the research methods of questionnaire,group discussion,and interview,stratifying and sampling 419 random teachers in the city high school and 387 in the country,it is found that the construction of high school teacher staff is reasonable on the whole,education notion gains a further renewal,the wist to get an on-the-job education is strong,the aspect of scholarship research is weak,the economic and social status is improved.To enhance the teacher staff development,we stould make clear its importance,set up the latest new idea of education,improve the level of teacher-training,increase the teacher's ability of the science research,establish and perfect the mechanism of competition and encouragement.
