Methods 3 cases of pathological diagnosis of chordoid glioma of the third ventricle were retrospectively analyzed in clinical manifestations and imaging features. Results 3 cases were 27 year-old male patient,35 year-old female patient and 41 year-old female patient. 2 cases took ocular signs as chief complaint, another case was dizziness and weakness. 3 cases all occurred in the third ventricle, showed solid lesion, part of them could be small cystic and necrosis, the solid part of the lesion was significantly strengthen in contrast, and there could be punctate calcification. Conclusion Combined with clinical and immune-histochemicalpathology results,it's suggested that space-occupying lesion located in the third ventricle of adults, especially showing obviously homogenous enhancement in contrast, should be considered the possibility of chordoid glioma of the third ventricle.
