Isolation and identification of bacteria in soil of Ganqu Wetland in summer and autumn at Linzhou County, Lhasa

Soil microorganism has an important ecological function in the wetland ecosystem in the Tibetan Pla-teau. Soil bacteria were isolated by using the dilution method and purified from 10 soil samples in Ganqu wet-land. The results showed that the 10 isolated bacteria can be classified into 8 species, including Bacillus subtilissubsp. Inaquosorum,Microbacterium oxydans,Bacillus thuringiensis,Stenotrophomonas rhizophila,,Chryseobac-terium gambrini,Novosphingobium capsulatum, Amromonas veronii, Pseudomonas chengduensis, Exiguobacteri-um artemiae and one unknownstrain. Amromonas veronii was dominant in both summer and autumn, while Steno-trophomonas rhizophila and Chryseobacterium gambrini were special in summer, and Novosphingobium capsula-tumand Exiguobacterium artemiae were only found in autumn samples. Diversity analysis indicated that the sum-mer samples 1# and 4# have most abundant species, the species abundance in sample 3# was relatively low,while species abundance was in autumn sample 8# was high and low in sample 1#. The species diversity of soilbacteria was different in summer and autumn samples in Ganqu wetland.
