Present Situation and Developmental Measures of the Real Estate Market in Yanji

The real estate market in Yanji began its sustainable and rapid development since 1990's.As the policies were made to reconstruct the city's "slums",more land has been developed and people's living conditions have been promoted greatly.However,problems including rising prices,low rate of occupancy and unreasonable structure have arisen due to the strengthened government's macro control and unperfected marking system of real estate.These problems should be solved by optimizing the structure,reinforcing the management and regulating the marketing order.
