Study on spectrum of MgO-Al_2O_3:Ce~(3+),Tb~(3+) synthesized by Sol-gel combustion method

The luminescence materials of MgO-Al_2O_3∶Tb~(3+),Ce~(3+) have been synthesized by Sol-gel combustion method at 800?℃,that is lower 700~800?℃ than that of the high temperature solid method.Behavior of fluorescence spectrum doped different concentration of Tb~(3+) and Tb~(3+)/Ce~(3+)in MgO-Al_2O_3 and effect of heated different time at same temperature have been discussed.IR spectrum and reaction principle are also(exploringly) explained.
