Constitutive Relation of Metal Powder in High-velocity Compaction Formation

In the formation of high-velocity compaction,the experiments have proven that a plurality of low-energy impacts can achieve or even surpass the density of a single high-energy impact.According to the deformation characteristics of the metal powder in two high-velocity compaction and formation,we suppose that the pre-compaction can only result in elastic deformation;the secondary compaction surpasses the yield strength of the metal powder and leads to the plastic deformation.Based on the ZWT models,we establishe a hot and adhesive elastoplastic constitutive relation of the metal powder,with the consideration of the softening effect of stress as a result of the viscoplasticity and temperature,and with the addition of the damaging factors and viscoplastic items.
