Magnetostrictive Torsional Wave Displacement Sensor Research and Design

Introducing the principle,which the magnetostrictive torsional wave displacement sensor is based on ,and its technique of design.The sensor transmits mechanical torsional pulses to the magnetostrictive line by Wiedeman effect,and receives the echo pulses by the converse magnetostrictive effect.It can accurately measure out the position of magnet by the time intervals between the interrogation pulses and the echo pulses.Magnetostrictive torsional wave displacement sensor developed with this technique has a much better precision,lower cost,longer life-span and it is more convenient to install.
