Photoelectric Liquid Level Deflection Monitor Based on Principle of Connected Vessels

The deflection is the most important factor among all parameters which can indicate the safety condition of bridge.The photoelectric liquid level deflection sensor was designed according to the principle of connected vessels.The connecting pipe was installed on the bridge.The change of the deflection can be obtained by recognizing the liquid level change by the way of optical imaging.The method that RS-485 bus transformed to Ethernet was used to implement the long distance data transmission.The upper computer can control any sensor unit and process the credible and stable data to get the healthy state of the bridge.This system can achieve long time online and high precision non-contact measuring.
