Development of High-speed Signal Acquisition System on Industrial Ultrasonic Microscope

Detecting precision of industry ultrasonic microscope depends on the precision of sampling signal's reversion.This paper presented a system design of 8 bit,400 MHz high-speed data acquisition system based on PCI bus.The AD830 module of differential amplifier was an effective noise suppressor,which can accommodate the system to a noisy environment and enhance vertical line of signal.Asynchronous concurrent A/D conversion technique adopted common used 200 MHz A/D chips,reaching a sampling rate of 400 MHz;CPLD programming realized the process of demodulation and data compress,and constituted NDT platform of ultrasonic signal process.The system can realize the sampling and reverting for 50 MHz high-frequency signal.And the detecting precision is improved.
