Design of Test and Control System of Auto Wheel Speed Sensor Based on LabVIEW

Automotive wheel speed sensor test system is designed based on LabVIEW.The location of acquisition points is controlled automatically using LabVIEW, the sensor performance is detected automatically at different acquisition points.The functions of control strategy,screen monitoring,parameter setting,parameter trends showing are realized on the measurement and control system platform.The testing process and the steps are controlled automatically.The measurement data is real-time acquired,processed,analysed,real-time displayed,storaged, playbacked and judged automatically.The platform realises the test of multi-frequency,multi-sensor models,gear,and is an open test system.
