Study on determination of total flavonoids of Anemarrhena

Objective: To estable a method of determining total flavonoids for Anemarrhena.Methods: Extracted total flavonoids from Anemarrhena by 70% alcohol,Determine the content of tatol flavonoids of Anemarrhena by UV-spectrophotometry.Result: The linear of mangiferin is y = 0.2309x-0.0031(r = 0.9993),recoverage is 99.32%,RSD is 1.40%.Conclusion: This method is simple,quick,and accurated,and suitable to determine content of total flavonoids of Anemarrhena,such a quality method is suitable to Anemarrhena.
