Error Analysis & Correction of Airborne LiDAR Data

Error analysis correction is the prior and key step on the research of remote sensing mechanism/application,which directly influence to the accuracy of remote sensing products.Light Detection And Ranging(LiDAR) is a new active remote sensor and there exist many problems associated with the data processing and applications,in particularly,the accuracy assessment of raw LiDAR data should be extensively studied.An overlap analysis is used in this paper to assess the accuracy of LiDAR scanning data,analysis of error resources,and correction of random/systematic errors.
