Response for the IHS Transform and the Multi-scale Transform Combined Remote Sensing Image Fusion Method on the Decomposition Level

This paper studies the fusion method based on the combination of color space transform and multi-scale transform.The Laplacian pyramid,lifting wavelet transform and NSCT(nonsubsampled contourlet transform)are separately combined with IHS transform,and its fusion effects are discussed.This paper focuses on the analysis of multi-scale transform decomposition levels.Experimental results show that the optimal levels of three combination fusion methods are six layers,two layers and three layers,and the fusion result of the lifting wavelet transform method and the NSCT transform method are significantly better than the Laplacian pyramid method.
