The X-ray pulsar photon is original measurements on X-ray pulsar-based navigation.Time delay exists in the process of assembling all the measured photon events into a pulse profile.Based on the analysis of photon fold principle, the approach is analyzed for time-delay compensation through the use of photon time-delayed TOA.Two methods are proposed for compensation on time-delayed measurement. The first method based on orbit propagate is fit for a short delay time case, and the second method based on integrated navigation is fit for whatever the delay time is.Finally, the schedule is validated by using numeric simulation.
