Anti-bacterial finish of wool fabric by immobilized lysozyme

The antibacterial finish of wool fabric by immobilized lysozyme was undergone, major parameters in immobilizing process were discussed in detail. The optimum conditions were defined as follows: 0.2% glutaric dialdehyde, pH value 7.0, immobilizing for 6h with lysozyme 5g/L. On this case, wool fabric had good bacterial resistance, the inhibition rate to staphyllococcus aureus reached 80.95%.
