Study on the Effect of Simulated Natural Environment on the Durability of Modified Silicone Sealants in Fabricated Building

The self-developed test device for improving the durability of the fabricated building sealant with simulated natural environment was introduced,and the effect of rainwater,displacement change,ultraviolet and temperature on the durability of modified silicone sealants was studied. Result showed that the simultaneous coupling of rainwater,displacement change,ultraviolet and displacement deformation would affect the durability of sealant,different from the distributed treatment,and the former could reflect the durability of the silicone sealants better. In the freeze-thaw experiment,the influence order of three different treatments on 100% tensile modulus and the area of adhesive failure was immersing water freeze-thaw freezing treatment.
