Relationship of Spacer Density with Push Mura and Cold Bubble in TFT-LCD

The dependence of Push Mura and cold bubble on spacer density was studied.The experimental result shows that the strength of panel can be increased through increasing spacer density,but cold bubble will happen if spacer density is too high.When spacer density is controlled in suitable window,Push Mura can be greatly decreased,cold bubble does not happen,without affecting the optical properties of the panel.
