Intelligent decoupling control based on coupling degree for gas collector pressure

Gas collecting process of coke ovens is characterized by asymmetry,strong coupling,great disturbance and non-linearity. Through analysis of asymmetry and coupling relationship,an intelligent decoupling control method based on coupling degree is presented. First,coupling degrees between butterfly valve opening and gas collector pressure were calculated by probability and statistics law,coupling characteristic was analyzed,and structure of intelligent decoupling control system for gas collector pressure was established.Then,multiple gas collectors were grouped based on coupling degree,and intro-group and inter-group decoupling controllers were designed by applying intelligent decoupling control algorithm,so as to eliminate pressure coupling influence of each gas collector caused by parallel production of coke ovens.The results of actual running show that the method not only performs intelligent decoupling control of gas collecting process of coke ovens,but also has advantages of fast response and high steady state accuracy.The method has a good anti-disturbance ability to external interference.
