ION EXCHANGE VAPORIZATION-CONCENTRATION PROCESS FOR DISPOSING Cr~(6+)-INCLUDED WASTEWATER PRODUCED BY ELECTROPLATING

The feature of ion exchange vaporization-concentration process used to dispose wastewater produced by electroplating, as well as running effects are introduced. Running results of 3 months showed all pollutant indexes of wastewater disposed by this process are in accordance with the National Wastewater Discharge Standard. The quality of H_2Cr_2O_7 recovered can meet the demand of electroplating. Circulated utilization in close-circuit of CrO_3 is realized and the environmental pollution caused by Cr~ 6+ is eliminated.
