Efficacy of Small Incision Compression Bandaging in the Treatment of bromhidrosis

Objective To observe the efficacy of small incision compression bandaging in the treatment of bromhidrosis and theirs wound healing process. Methods In treatment group, 84 cases were treated with small incision surgery with compression bandage package. In control group, 72 patients were used for the traditional method. Results In the end, two surgical methods all achieved ideal surgical results, in which the effective rate was 100%. In the early phase of wound healing in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group. Furthermore, in long-tem observation after surgery, the scars and trauma in treatment group significantly less than compared with the control group. Conclusion This new surgical approach may have more advantages such as, no dressing, no infection, minor trauma, smaller scar, less postoperative pain, and other discomforts.
