Measurement of Carboxymethyl Cellulose by Thermal Infrared Spectroscopy

The Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to measure the carboxymethyl cellulose at room temperature and temperature. In the normal temperature state, the vibration information of the chemical group inside carboxymethyl cellulose can be analyzed by the infrared spectrogram of carboxymethyl cellulose. In the infrared spectrogram of carboxymethyl cellulose, the vibration of chemical groups in the internal molecules of carboxymethyl cellulose is inhibited or promoted. In addition, the optimal gel temperature of carboxymethyl cellulose was determined by combining existing research.
