STUDY ON RAPID AND HIGH-PRECISION REGISTRATION OF REMOTE SENSING IMAGE BASED ON COMBINATION ARCGIS WITH ERDAS

Design a kind of rapid、the high-precision registration method about rectification the high Resolution Remote Sensing satellite image goes together with actual ground condition: Make full use of the ArcGIS and the ERDAS software well mutually and the characteristics for permit, ArcGIS was first used for primary registration, ERDAS was used again for accurate registration; Contrast to registration result two times, in the primary registration: Average value of RMS is 1.7235,the biggest be worth to 4.19,the least be worth to 0.45,,Sigma is 1.32;But in the accurate registration: Average value of RMS is 1.525,the biggest be worth to 3.304,,the least be worth to 0.105,Sigma is 1.015. Meet the demand of the actual project as a result. At the same time, explained how the study of theory to practical work in the use of high-resolution satellite data for urban planning, urban large-scale maps prepared with some reference value; By learners, or for those who have no work experience guiding signi-ficance.
