Application of Epihomobrassiolid in the Tissue Cullture of Gysophila paniculata

LI Qi ren, WANG Xiao zhou, DU Song sheng (Department of Biology,Yunnan University,Kunming 650091,China)$$$$  
BR-120 can increase node number of Gysophila paniculata seeding which are obtained by tissue culture and can short inter node distance.Its optimum concentration is 1?mg/L,BR-120 can obviously promote rooting for the shoot,Optimum medium is MS+BR-120 1?mg/L.When the concentration of NAA,BR-120 and IAA are as same (0.2?mg/L),their rooting effect are respectively NAABR-120IAA.BR-120 not has effect on promoting multiplication of the shoot.On promoting rooting of the shoot by tissue culture,there is not a obvious addition effect between BR-120 and NAA,BR-120 and IAA.
